Patrick joined EJR-Quartz as HR Manager in September 2026, bringing a background that combines hands-on IT experience with strategic HR and people management. His role spans the full breadth of HR at EJR-Quartz, from recruitment, staff contracts and day-to-day HR processes to employee wellbeing and health, and generally making sure that our human resource management complies with local rules and regulations.
Before joining EJR-Quartz, Patrick spent almost 12 years at Noventiq and its predecessor Softline Solutions, working his way from Senior Project Manager (2014–2019) into HR — first as HR Manager (2019–2023) and then Director of People and Culture (2023–2026). Along the way he built broad HR experience, including HRIS implementations and international HR operations across the Netherlands, the UK, the Nordics and Germany, with a particular focus on inclusive culture and diversity, employee engagement, and organisational change and talent management. He started his career in technical and service roles at Holland Casino (2005–2014).
Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business IT & Management (Bedrijfskundige Informatica) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
