Michaela is a junior science editor based in the EJR-Quartz Leiden office, where she provides support to various projects.
Originally from the Czech Republic, she obtained a BSc degree in Biological and Medical Sciences from the University of Liverpool and a MSc degree in Biology and Science Communication from Leiden University. Prior to working at EJR-Quartz, she interviewed researchers for the writing of independent pieces.
