Caroline Godeau

Office Administrator

Originally from France and the UK, where she lived for many years, Caroline moved to the Netherlands in December 2018. She holds a French equivalent of a BA in Business & Marketing and has worked in both the private and social care sectors as an office, sales, project, and HR administrator, supporting blue-chip clients and suppliers.

She joined the EJR Leiden team in March 2022, and her role has since evolved from general office administration to specializing in travel coordination. She now manages travel mission requests, ensures the approval process is followed, coordinates logistics, and handles reimbursements in collaboration with the Finance and Service Managers.

Caroline has three children and enjoys gardening, cooking, travelling in the Netherlands and abroad, and spending time with her newly found friends.
