Declan joined the EJR-Quartz team after completing an internship with us from June to September 2019. He is a highly motivated biological scientist with excellent problem-solving skills, who is passionate about communicating scientific research to the general public. Declan has experience in a range of different roles – including leading outreach workshops, writing for news and opinion websites and presenting a radio show. A keen volleyball and tennis player, he holds a BSc in Biology and a PhD in Life Sciences.
