Oana is based in the EJR-Quartz headquarters and manages a number of short and long-term communication projects.
She joined the company in 2018 as corporate communications specialist and team lead for ESA Internal Communications. She has extensive experience in international organisations and the private sector, often during times of organisational change. Having lived in Netherlands, UK, Belgium and Austria she has an in-depth understanding of how effective communication is influenced by culture(s). She holds an MSc in International Applied Communication and an MA in Comparative Politics.
